The DC Beltway encompasses the DC Metro area, spanning across both Maryland
and Virginia with Wash. DC at the center. Depending on where you start, you have
to head toward the Virginia side of the Beltway (West). Once on the Virginia side,
take Exit 12 (Rt. 267) West toward Dulles Airport. You will come to a point where
the Dulles Access Road branches off to the left, DO NOT take it, stay on the Toll Rd.
